Fairwinds Training and Development professionals assist their clients in the integration of human resources planning within the existing strategic plan. To that end, the Fairwinds consultants help to assess the gaps in the organization’s current capacity against future needs to achieve the vision, mission and business goals of the organization. Our consultants help to design, develop, and deliver programs (e.g. role and job definitions, workforce planning, development of organizational charts, career path planning; competency development etc.) that can help close the gaps.

Strategic Team Leadership

Most workplaces operate within a team environment and depend on the strength and success of those teams to achieve outcomes. Successful teams commit to produce results that seem impossible, and they do this in such a way that the team members and team leaders both experience pride and a feeling of belonging.

Using a facilitated process, we examine and evaluate the ways in which teams are created, formed, managed, and led. Much can be learned from identifying the strengths of a fully functional team and the pitfalls of a dysfunctional one.
