What We Do
Fairwinds offers customized programs for personal and organizational development. Our programs are designed to accommodate individuals, as well as large corporate training groups. We also work as either outsourced Human Resources or an extension of your existing Human Resources department.
Virtual On-line Training
Virtual Instructor Led Training courses are not self-paced eLearning courses. Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) courses are designed to allow trainees to stay motivated and to participate no differently than in a classroom setting.
Fairwinds Training’s instructors can easily adapt classroom material to be facilitated online. Trainers can still interact with participants in real-time, show videos, ask or answer questions, set up participant meeting rooms and provide feedback to keep engagement levels high.
