Fairwinds Training and Development provides businesses and organizations of all sizes with a single source for their training and development needs. We are committed to delivering behavioural and attitudinal change to our valued clients.

What We Do

Fairwinds offers customized programs for personal and organizational development. Our programs are designed to accommodate individuals, as well as large corporate training groups. We also work as either outsourced Human Resources or an extension of your existing Human Resources department.

Virtual On-line Training

Many of us have had to quickly adapt to the new reality of working remotely from home. For some this can be a challenging adjustment, for many the new technology has helped us transition more successfully. Distance is no longer a barrier and video conferencing software is readily available, affordable and even free in some cases. Most modern PC’s and TV’s can accommodate cameras being attached for Video conferencing. There is a whole generation that has been educated using online training methods and using their phones, laptops and iPads to stay visually connected with other trainees.

Virtual Instructor Led Training courses are not self-paced eLearning courses. Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) courses are designed to allow trainees to stay motivated and to participate no differently than in a classroom setting.

Fairwinds Training’s instructors can easily adapt classroom material to be facilitated online. Trainers can still interact with participants in real-time, show videos, ask or answer questions, set up participant meeting rooms and provide feedback to keep engagement levels high.
