Performance Management System Development

Fairwinds will work with internal management to assess the current system, develop a new system or implement improvements in any or all of the following areas:

  • Online performance management system implementation

As part of this process, Fairwinds will also provide training for HR managers in the process implementation, and training for management staff on how to conduct yearly reviews, as well as ongoing coaching and monitoring.
